Does a Deferred Ticket go on your Record

In the case of a dismissal or deferral that is still pending or has successfully been completed, your record will not reflect either. In the event that you breach the terms of the deferral agreement, that will be noted on your record.

Don't forget to let your insurance company do the checking on their own. Request your records directly from the insurance company and do not submit them to them. Depending on how your insurance company pulls records, certain items may not be reported to them. There is no sense in making it easier for insurance companies to raise your rates.
